PRICE AIR-OPERATED DOUBLE DIAPHRAGM PUMPS |
- Air pressure is applied to the backside of one diaphragm forcing
the product out of the liquid chamber into the discharge manifold. |
- As the two diaphragms are connected by a diaphragm connecting
rod, the other diaphragm is pulled towards the center of the pump. |
- This action causes the other side to draw product into the
pump on
a suction stroke. |
- At the end of the stroke, the air mechanism automatically
shifts the
air pressure to reverse the action of the pump. |
- Non return valves (Balls) open and close alternately to
fill chambers, empty chambers and block backflow.
