1. Air pressure is applied to the backside
of one diaphragm
forcing the product
out of the liquid chamber into the
discharge manifold.
2. As the two diaphragms are connected
by a diaphragm connecting
rod, the
other diaphragm is pulled towards the
center of the pump.
3. This action causes the other side to
draw product into the
pump on a
suction stroke. |

mechanism automatically
shifts
the
air pressure to reverse the
action of the pump.

Non return valves (Balls) open
and close alternately to
fill
chambers, empty chambers and
block backflow. |
